12.30 - details

12.30

Jeanette arrives at the bride's location to take some pictures of the bridal details (dress, shoes, rings, flowers, etc.)

Note: Ideally by the time I arrive, hair and make-up is already wrapping up. If something is going to delay the beginning of the day, it’s often HAMU.

Family Formals and Bridal Party

Note: I do family portraits right after the ceremony because everyone you need will be easy to grab. If you can give your family notice that we’ll be taking pictures immediately after the ceremony, that will also ensure that no one wanders off. I’ll help you create a list of family portraits before the big day.

15:30 - coctail hour

15:30

Cocktail Hour

Note: one of the advantages of booking a 10 hour wedding day is that you have a little more time at cocktail hour with your guests before heading off for portraits!

The couple joins the guests for the remainder of cocktail hour  while Jeanette captures some images of the reception set-up

IX

19.00 - Extra time

time for:

What this extra time in comparison to my 8-hour package is used for varies. Sometimes there's a travel time between locations, sometimes the couple wants "just married" portraits AND glowy sunset portraits, or more time at cocktail hour, etc.

19:00 - reception

19.00

Welcome toasts & salads followed by speeches and entrees.

Note: I don't take pictures of people eating, but will be sure to capture any speeches and toasts that happen during this time!

If there is a nice glow outside at this time, I will also suggest pulling you out for a few glowy evening portraits.
